There’s something about those months when it’s neither hot nor cold.

She left with a jacket, just in case. It was still cool at night, but during the day the sun showed up just enough to stay.

She didn’t think much about what to wear. The usual. She knew it would work.

The day stretched out without warning. It started at home, moved outside, and ended without her quite knowing when everything had changed.
She realised she didn’t have to choose anymore. Not inside, not outside. Everything was happening somewhere in between.
